From start to finish Hugh and Jodie were so easy to work with. Hugh is a perfectionist and only wants to do the best job possible for the customer. I originally hired City Soft Water to test an old well on a property I was developing and while we were at it I had him test my own well at my home. This water was tested by the health dept. and the old well came back fine but mine.....WOW it had bacteria! He called me right away and we went to installing a chlorinating and charcoal system. Can't say enough, very upfront, honest people and very grateful he found what he did and installed what was needed to protect my household.
