So many things wrong I don't know where to start. The workers were very nice but I didn't agree with the way Charles ran the business. First, he came out and measured. My husband briefly told him our vision for the kitchen. Then he came out and measured again. Then a third time to check something. Then a forth time because two measurements were different. Then finally we sat down and talked (with me for the first time) and he showed us the plans. In Charles' mind the plan was decided and he discussed money. When I brought up different design options, he said clients always want to change things after spending hours and hours inputting all the measurements into CAD. I didn't think that was very professional not to mention this is the first time we all sat down and we still hadn't discussed in detail different possibilities. He just wanted the contract signed. Details were asked about when we reached that stage. You pay half when you sign the contract upfront, about half when they start installing, work for a couple days, then start the next job, so they can get paid by the next guy when they start installing and drag out the instillation on both. Towards the end of the job (which went on forever), only one person was coming 1-2 days a week to finish details, fix mistakes, and told us other days he was going to other clients and fixing mistakes there too.  The end result is beautiful but was wrought with hurdles. Way over schedule. We met in March and finished in August. A few times nothing was happening, my husband would call, he was told someone would be out on a certain day, and no one would come.

It was deliverd over a month and a half after ordered. The cabinet design, were I designed glass door were solid, where I designed solid doors were glass. Then when it was discussed with the owner he tried to say that is the way I ordered it. Documentation proved him in error. another month and a half befor the correction was made. Then they came without harware. Maybe I should have ask maybe they should have ask me (they do this stuff everyday all day).
Not do to the end product, BUT do to the troubles with this LITTLE project, when I look at it I HATE them now.

House had no kitchen - just blank walls and floor. Worked with us on a design and told us problems with some of the things we wanted to do. Had to take up tile to bring water, drain, and electric for an island. Their workers are real craftsmen. Cabinets witin 1/16th of an inch - no fillers.

They did an excellent job. They were price competitive and were always available by cell phone to call somebody if we had any questions. They were very good at completing the job on time and making us as the customer happy.

We had to bring them out numerous times. I think some of the individual employees were very good, but the owner didn't impress me. The owner brought workers to our home even though they weren't ready to work just to collect our money. I found them expensive and none professional.
