The technician came late on Friday afternoon to repair an electrical outlet. Everything seemed to go perfectly and the technician indicated that he was on call Saturday. An hour after he left I tried to start my dishwasher which has worked fine for the five years that I have lived here The dishwasher seemed to have no power and is about two feet from the repaired outlet. I have not been able to get a phone call response in 24 hours. I at least expected a return phone call

Classic bait and switch. The owner came out gave me an estimate for a Cutler-Hammer panel. I agreed. But his worker installed an Eaton panel. When I questioned it. He said Eaton was owned by Cutler Hammer compared it to a Corolla Lexus is owned by Toyota. I bought a Toyota and was given a Corolla. The contract also stated he would mark and label the panel. He did. He put lights and outlets on all breakers except the kitchen. When I asked why he did not mark the individual breakers for bedrooms, living room, dining room, etc. He said we do not do that. Would Not recommend this company.

He was also a great conversationalist and made us feel like hired the person with the best mix of technical skills and people skills.

1st tech to come out repaired the 220 plug behind our stove. Took his time and did excellent work. I was charged $125. I asked them to come back a few days later and check a breaker in the garage. Tech tightened the breaker that took about 5 minutes and left. Again I was charged $125. Feel like I got ripped on the 2nd job. I requested a call back on their website and never heard back.

Our home, built 1993 has Kitchen & Laundry room, 2 fluorescent bulb light fixtures. After years, the ballast were failing. With Home Depot's help, buy 5 new electronic ballast for both rooms. With new fixture ballast, we buy new T-12 size bulbs, before tech came. One day before tech schedule date, exchanged our T-12 Daylight Deluxe (6500k) bulbs for Cool White (4100k). Philips recommends Cool White for Kitchen, Laundry and Garage work places. Those Daylight Deluxe bulbs are for Schools and Warehouses. My bad. Tech came out, set up 4-ft step-ladder and installed each new electronic ballast with 2 Cool White T-12 bulbs in 4 fixtures. Final fixture, tech installed ballast alone. We bought 24-in long bulb. Fixture calls for F-15/T-12/CW. Bulb is 6 inches Too long. We sign the work order and pay him. He recommends Lowe's or Batteries Plus Bulbs, in case Home Depot does not carry the 18 inch Cool White T-12 bulb. Tech takes our 5 old ballast and recommends we visit Pasco County Waste Recycle with our old fluorescent bulbs.
