This review is mixed because the office staff overall could improve on customer service skills. I expect when dealing with a service-based organization that you can provide some type of time frame. This company would not give an estimate. I called at 11am to see where we were on the schedule. I was told and quot;should be any moment nowand quot;. I called back 2.5 hours later to politely check in. The person on the phone was very vague and downright rude when I asked her to call the truck. It's not like this is UPS where they are managing a fleet.
When the truck did arrive, the driver was very polite and conscientious. He performed the job quickly and my yard looked nearly undisturbed when he left. I thought the price was fair. I would consider using them again; only if they provide a time window. I understand that delays happen; however it is the organization's job to communicate with their team and the customer's.
