HE JUST DID A POOR JOB. I WOULD HAVE RATHER PAID A LITTLE MORE AND DO A BETTER JOB. HE CAME BACK OUT AND LOOKED AT SOME SPOTS THAT HE HAD LEFT AND SAID THEY WERE JUST STAINS AND HE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THEM. I ENDED UP REMOVING THEM MYSELF. HE WOULDN'T MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENT TO THE BILL.
