Purchase went very well. Delivery was prompt. We had a problem with the washer and someone came out and fixed it at no charge.

I decided to just get a brand new washer because the price was only a little more expensive than their estimate for the repair. I felt that their pricing was just way too high.

David Witko, the repairman, diagnosed the problem almost instantly.  He had the repair completed in less than a half hour.  He also checked everything on the washer from the hoses in the back to the timer and other parts as well.  He assured me that the machine was a good one and would last me an even longer time.  He did not try to talk me into buying a different machine. When he diagnosed the problem, he gave me an honest assessment which helped me decide whether to repair the machine or to buy a new one.  He called me early in the day to give me a two hour window of when he would arrive.  He said he would be at my house between noon and 2:00 pm.  He arrived at exactly noon.  He told me what the repairs would cost and that is exactly what I paid him.  He worked quickly and professionally and did a great job.

The young man came out as scheduled, evaluated the problem, and realized that the lint build-up in the exhaust caused overheating which shut off the dryer. He thoroughly cleaned the exhaust, educated us as to the best way to avoid the problem in the future, and was on his way. We felt the price was a bargain and the problem was solved.

I WAS OVERWHELMED BY THE INVENTORY IN TRYING TO FIND A SPECIFIC RACK FOR MY OVEN. TIM WAS SO HELPFUL TO ME IN FINDING THE RIGHT RACK. HE ONLY CHARGED ME A $1 !!

LAST NIGHT WE LOST POWER AND THEN OUR DRYER LOST HEAT. I CALLED THEM THIS MORNING AND THEY CAME TO CHECK IT. THEY FIXED DRYER, SAME DAY, NO CHARGE!! VERY GOOD SERVICE. FRIENDLY, FAST, ON TIME. I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
