Purchase went very well. Delivery was prompt. We had a problem with the washer and someone came out and fixed it at no charge.

I decided to just get a brand new washer because the price was only a little more expensive than their estimate for the repair. I felt that their pricing was just way too high.

David Witko, the repairman, diagnosed the problem almost instantly.  He had the repair completed in less than a half hour.  He also checked everything on the washer from the hoses in the back to the timer and other parts as well.  He assured me that the machine was a good one and would last me an even longer time.  He did not try to talk me into buying a different machine. When he diagnosed the problem, he gave me an honest assessment which helped me decide whether to repair the machine or to buy a new one.  He called me early in the day to give me a two hour window of when he would arrive.  He said he would be at my house between noon and 2:00 pm.  He arrived at exactly noon.  He told me what the repairs would cost and that is exactly what I paid him.  He worked quickly and professionally and did a great job.

Called them since the washer that was purchased from them stopped working properly.  It had only been purchased approximately five months earlier (used),  but since it was in a vacation rental, it had only been used twice.   Called on a Monday morning to find out if it was under warranty.  Was told warranty was only 30 days, so no matter that it hadn't been used, still out of warranty.  So, I asked for a service call - was told it couldn't be that day - would be Tuesday morning.  Got a call Tuesday saying (on my voice mail) it would be between 4-6pm.  Called to ask if they could let me know when they were on the way since I didn't live at the house and was told once the repair person left the shop, there was no way for them to contact the customer.  Since I was basically being asked to not only wait  until the next day, but then to wait there at a vacant house during a 2 hour window, I called another repair company.  I thought since the washer was purchased there and failed so soon, they could have at least been more responsive for a paid service call.    Very disappointed and won't call them again.

The young man came out as scheduled, evaluated the problem, and realized that the lint build-up in the exhaust caused overheating which shut off the dryer. He thoroughly cleaned the exhaust, educated us as to the best way to avoid the problem in the future, and was on his way. We felt the price was a bargain and the problem was solved.

I WAS OVERWHELMED BY THE INVENTORY IN TRYING TO FIND A SPECIFIC RACK FOR MY OVEN. TIM WAS SO HELPFUL TO ME IN FINDING THE RIGHT RACK. HE ONLY CHARGED ME A $1 !!

LAST NIGHT WE LOST POWER AND THEN OUR DRYER LOST HEAT. I CALLED THEM THIS MORNING AND THEY CAME TO CHECK IT. THEY FIXED DRYER, SAME DAY, NO CHARGE!! VERY GOOD SERVICE. FRIENDLY, FAST, ON TIME. I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
