There was a very quick reply to my internet request for services. The work was done equally as quick..Jim was absolutely GREAT, polite, and helpful. He showed a great amount of work ethic and real concern to make me happy. Aside from not raking the lawn, which the grass was way out of control and unsightly, the job done was excellent and well work the price to make the lawn presentable. I recommend Jim to any person needing his lawn service. I look forward to using him to maintain the property.

After reading positive reviews, I decided to use PTI. Jim was quick to respond, right on time, and took time to explain the work he would perform. He was clear on the price, which was more than fair. The work was completed , and the job was finished as he explained. All the rust was removed and the property looks much better. I will definately use him again.
