This group is terrible- they contract their work to unreliable people- guy that was assigned to our house took more smoke breaks than he worked. They were hired to paint the house and repair stucco- Dennis then Joe came out- 2 different quotes- then the guy they hired did the work per the Dennis quote but yet they were charging based on the 2nd quote- real con men. To make matters worse they send me collections for the unpaid portion of the bill-we paid more than the 1st invoice in full. I did not want them to come out again to make matters worse; they did an ok job but not worth what they charged. Stay away from this group --- unethical business practices.

Premium Painters is the best paint contractor I've ever worked with! The team I worked with was very professional, detailed, neat, and really cared about whether I was happy with their work. From the beginning during the quote process all the way to the final touch ups, I was impressed by their service. I will be painting my exterior in a few months and I wouldn't use any other company! Premium painters did a great job and I have received multiple compliments from my neighbors about how the house looks, how fast they finished and how neat they were. Jenny was my sales rep and she was very fair in the pricing and she did not constantly harass me if I was going to use Premium Painters or when I wanted to get it done. Joey was the PM to come out and confirm the colors and make sure everything was good. I believe Mike was the person in charge on the job site and he was very professional and took care of any concerns I had. I will use them again when I paint the inside of my house and recommend them to everyone.

The estimate was clear and accurate and I was able to connect with the Estimator, Nick, with ease. He was punctual, processional, and knowledgeable. He walked me through the steps of the process and made suggestions based on my needs. I loved having an electronic version of the estimate to reference and when I added a service, I was sent an updated invoice within 30 minutes. I will be using Nick, and Premium, for all of my projects!

Rep was very friendly, energetic, and responsive. Not too pleased with the work crew and results. Was charged for painting and sanding the front porch/entry way ceiling, but the work was not up to par. No sanding was performed and paint was merely applied over the top of rough and peeling ceiling. When the company called about this, a refund was promptly and cheerfully sent for that particular work's surcharge. Other areas of the home that were peeling, paint was merely sprayed over the top of it without properly preparing the surface for new paint, particularly gutters. The decorative shutters were removed for painting, but not correctly refastened to the walls. Several screws were missing, and a couple shutters were crooked. The work crew was predominately non-American, and spent a LOT of time on their personal cell phones while on the job in the midst of painting. They seemed more immersed in their phone conversations than doing quality painting work. Would not use again in the future.

"We just were put on the angles list honor roll for great service and workmanship march of 2016 all of our guys speak English and are legal citizens. We run background checks on every painter, which is not the norm for the industry. The customer is right the ceiling prep was missed we offered to do it, they chose not to so we refunded $250.00. If painters are on their phone we discipline them. It is not the norm, we want and expect top quality workmanship. We won the super service award 4 times and plan on winning a lot more and that only happens with happy customers."
