 + -1 moreThe process was easy. Charlene was always available, took our phone calls and answered our emails right away. She set realistic expectations and even negotiated the rent and deposit on our behalf. In a year our two when we are ready to buy again I will call Charlene.
Description of Work: Charlene found a rental property for me in the Hobe Sound area as I requested under my budget and the home exceeded my expectations. I know rental properties are hard to find in the South Martin County area but Charlene made the process very easy. I gave her our budget, area, size and amenities that we were looking for and she found several choices for us. We liked all of them but went with her recommendation and could not be happier. The best part was this service did not cost me anything. The home owner paid the fee.
