Worked out well

It was nice to see the excitement about me wanting to do full radiant barrier along with sealing gaps and upgrading to R-60 blown in insulation. They were prepared, walked me through the job when I came up to have a look, and we're friendly and efficient. Great work! My home is immediately more comfy and the AC isn't coming on nearly as often. Can't wait to watch my electric bill!

After installation was performed, contractor failed to response. After Angi intervene contractor was very apologetic and completed project.

Charles French and his team are very responsive and professional. They showed up on time and explained everything they would do. Very reputable and respectable --- the quote ended up being higher than my final invoice as the square footage was less. I told him his original quote was fine and competitive and he did not need to do that. He insisted this is the way he does business. I recommend him 110%!

Very quick to respond, same day free quote. They really took the time to explain in detail what exactly I needed for insulation and did not try to over sell me. Extremely well priced. Climate specialist made the appointment quick and came right on time. They had no problem moving my items I had up in the attic themselves and cleaned up after. The entire process was easy and fast. I would 100% recommended them!

French’s promptly came as promised, gave the most detailed description of work to be done, did the work including moving many heavy objects out of the attic that weren’t part of g TV heir normal work and cleaned up everything when they were finished such that you wouldn’t have known they had been there. Not only that but they also repaired a vent screen on a second story overhang that I had been having trouble finding someone to take care of at no additional s charge. This is a family owned and operated business owned by a young husband and wife team who do the work themselves together with the wife’s brother. They are also very, very nice people.
