At a time when most animal care owners are most vunerable is at a time when their pets are sick. I had a very sick animal and do I believe more could of prevented this yes. no one told me blood counts were high in an area that should of been looked into. after all isn't and should this not be left up to the owner. Only till it was too late and many visits later did I get the results. not only did I need help financially nothing was shared by this office who had a fund going in their own place . they did not share this with me I had to ask when they knew all along I was looking for help. they did not know what the animal could eat before a test only that it had to stop at a certain time. this I found odd since your working at a vets office. the people who run the front office were ALWAYS rude and inconsiderate towards myself or anyone else who would call up with a question about their animals . laughing about the condition the people on the phone were in about their animals.at the end when seeking advise of two vets because mine at this place gave me no HOPE. she would not even come to the phone to talk to me but told her ingnorant front office people she was no longer going to help me. I only suspect it will be just a matter of time before this place is out of business I am not the only one who has confronted difficult situations from this unprofessional place.

My pet had a tick on him and it scared me. Living in Colorado, you are used to ticks with Rocky Mountain fever. I brought him right to the vet and they told me it was just a regular tick and wouldn't hurt him. Wellllll, I found another one the next day and pulled it out but it looked like there was some more in there. So, back to the vet we went and they looked at him and he was fine. Now I am comfortable knowing they are there and that regular ticks are OK.

I take my older cat all the time there. They are very caring. They don't treat me just like a number, but they really care about my animal. They are willing to work with me.

They are the most caring people. The owner Dr Jaffe, we have been with her for 10 years. She is wonderful and everybody who works there are very caring and are available 24/7 all year for your pet needs and emergency needs. They are very professional and very nice. I will continue to use them in the future.

My cat actually had her booster shots a few days before we took her in for a dental cleaning. This was her first time undergoing a dental procedure, so I was nervous. They were very kind and kept me up to date with how she was doing. She had 5 teeth extracted also. They also called the next morning to check on her. Very professional and helpful.

Linda Jaffe is the vet I see there. I have used her for years and she is excellent. The staff is really good and very helpful. They are fantastic. I would give them five stars. I spent about $80 or $90 for the last service. They referred me to a surgeon when I was last there. I take my cat there since he gets monitored for a disorder. My cat is 16 years old and has gone to the same vet. Prices can be less expensive, but they are very fair and reasonable. They are not outrageous at all. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
