Suspected that when the house was built, a nail may have possibly pierced a wire and after 7 years the tip of the nail pierced a wire which caused the light in this area to not work.

I had to leave the house and the other Staff person was here.Since Bill had good reviews i trusted him and tolt him to just do the work without the Estimate.He did say he is resonable.Well Bill and he's Lady friend/Helper were her 3 Hours and he charged $300.00 which is so taking advantage .Just because Ms Mackay lives in Sewalls point does not make it ok to take Advantage.I have dealt with many People doing work at my own Home or here at work,  Bill never even gave a receipt,i called and left a Message to have him send an itemized Bill in the Mail.The other Staff called back to check if he got the message and he was very rude .
I would have much peferred to give a good review as i had in the past with People that had provided a GOOD Service at a FAIR price.That certainly was not the case .

He was great. I really liked him a lot. He was prompt, reasonably priced, and did the work safely. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to others.

We had an appliance garage attached to our wall kitchen cabinets. It has a roll-up door, which broke. The roll-up door was not fixable by itself. The cabinets themselves were still under warranty by Lowes, so they send a new appliance garage, but installation was not included. I couldn't figure out how to get the old one out, so the new appliance garage sat in the corner of my dining room for about three months.
Today I got sick of looking at both the box and the broken appliance garage. I came here to look up handymen. I came across Bill's listing and since he had the most reviews, and they were all good, I called him.He was here within the hour! He looked at the old and new appliance garage and figured out how it was put together. He said he though the front panel could be knocked off with a hammer, which he proceeded to do. He then showed us that we could easily do the rest myself with some Elmer's glue and a couple of finishing nails, or he could do it for me for a total of $40.00. I decided I could easily do that myself and when I went to pay him he said "Oh, you can just give me ten bucks for gas." 
He was a really nice guy too! So, very happy! I have his card on my fridge and will call him again next time I have some project that's stumping me!

Excellent. He came on time, did a quality job installing new tile in the floor. Fixed door and installed all new door knobs throughout the house. His price was exactly as quoted. Would hire him any time.

Call on a Friday and he returned the call the same day.  Came out and then called back a couple of days latter with the price.  I thought the price was bvery high so i called another provider for an estimate.  I have just received that estimate and it was almost 50% less.  Needless to say Bill didn't get the job.

Requested an initial quote for screen repair.  As we walked through the house, we continued to come up with things that we wanted, and when it came to the installation of a screen enclosure on the 2nd floor balcony, Bill was able to ascertain that the complexity of the job was just too great.

Billshowed up when he said and did the work in a proper manner; He kept the work area clean and neat. Also he was willing to tell me that contemplated additional work was beyond his ability and desire to do

He purchased the necessary parts and showed up when he said he would, was very efficient and completed the project within three hours time. Bill was very professional and left the premises as found. I definitely would use him again for any handyman work that needed to be done.

Great. Bill responded promptly to a message left on his answering machine. He swung by to look at the job and called again with the plan. He arrived when he said he would and did a great job for a great price.
