It was excellent. He did a great job. He started building the garage on Memorial Day and finished it up on September. I'm happy with it.

Covered rear porch addition.
An initial $14,000 project ended up costing nearly twice as much.
Low bidding, crept up to much more through many change orders.
Issues with finishing the job and workmanship quality.

He lives two houses down from us. This was a factor in why we chose him. Not only that, we have seen his work and he does well. He is a subcontract manager. The quality of his service and his availability is top notch. I would give him top marks across the board. It seems to be very fairly priced.
