Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel, Glass and Mirror Service
Our experience working with Steve Tapanes for our project was terrible. Steve over promises and under delivers, constantly falling short of his word. A simple kitchen upgrade involving ONLY countertops and sink that was quoted at 6-8 weeks took over 3 months (18 weeks) to complete. Consistent communication was lacking and follow up items were not treated as a priority, but rather at his convenience. Steve was not there to oversee the work being done, leaving many mistakes and poor workmanship. It took 3 attempts to install a new sink - he was present for none of them. To this day, he has not called to check on the final result. Do yourself a favor and choose another company for your Home Renovation/Repair needs.
