In the beginning we were looking for a larger home in our same sub-division.  We were fortunate enough to meet Brett Cooley at Prudential Realty where he worked at that time. We had walked in without an appt. and he introduced himself.  After listening to our requests, he immediately set up 4 or 5 homes to look at (some outside our sub-division).  The very next day we looked at all but one I believe.  During that time, Brett would send us photos of listings for more viewing if we had an interest.  Within a week we kept going back the one home in our same sub-division.  I believe Brett showed home to us 4 times in all before we made an offer.  First offer, rejected totally.  Brett was so helpful in the negotiations & we were able to go into contract. 

We now had to sell our smaller home in the same sub-division.  This took time but was not in any part due to lack of trying on our Realtor's part.  It was the economy etc. at that time.  But through tireless efforts, Open Houses, computer, word of mouth, signs, door to door distribution of flyers, the home sold.
