 + -1 moreHe did a wonderful job! I feel extremely secure with Jim. He has over 45 years of experience and really knows what he is doing. I plan to just give him the key and perform the work when I am gone. I trust him as he is a very honest person. Overall, he is just a fine individual!
Description of Work: I recently had a central heating/air system installed. He removed all of the old window units and filled the spaces. He also replaced my toilet as the old one had started to leak. I plan on having him replace the turbines on the roof, build a closet in my room, fix a screen, do plumbing work in the bathroom, do grout work, and several other minor repairs.
