HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. MISSED MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS, WAITED FOR TWO DAYS FOR WARRNTY WORK. THEY COULDN'T FIX MACHINE. FNEXT DAY BY A REAL APPLIANCE REPAIR COMPANY! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

All of the employees at Cornerstone were courteous, prompt and very professional. They were a pleasure to deal with, answered all my questions, and the repair went perfectly. I will definitely use them for any future needs. Thanks to all of the Cornerstone employees!

Jessica at the main office was polite and helpful in gathering all of the information needed to diagnose the problem so the service call would go well, and let me know the cost ahead of time. Naturally he freezer was not making the noise when Mike arrived at our house, but based on the most likely cause, he replaced the evaporation fan. He called a half hour before coming as promised and efficiently replaced the part. The freezer has been quiet ever since he came.

Mike was the tech who showed up to diagnose the issues on September 29, 2015. Parts needed to be ordered and Mike took care of the ordering. On October 7, 2015, Mike returned to replace the main board on the dryer. On October 12, 2015, Mike returned again to install two belts and a belt on the washing machine. Mike was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Mike managed my expectation as to when the job would be completed when parts had to be ordered and shipped. The office was friendly when I called to book the appointment, and when I called back with the model and serial numbers on the washer and dryer. The only negative feedback I can offer if the provider wants to improve its service is to offer a smaller service window to wait at home. It is not Mike's fault that the provider could only provide a window of 8AM-5:00PM of service so I had to clear entire day to wait for the tech. Maybe an 8AM - Noon or a Noon - 5PM window would prevent customer from having to wait at home all day. To Mike's credit, he always called any where from 15-30 minutes before he arrived. In summary, I am very happy with the service and the experience in all my dealings with the front office and the on-site tech. I would use them again, and have no hesitation in recommending Cornerstone or Mike to friends who need appliance repair locally. THANK YOU, Mike.

The defroster on my freezer failed and the coils iced up. He was very efficient and pleasant. It took just a few minutes and I'm good to go. I will definitely call them if I need appliance repair in the future.

One day my husband realized that the refrigerator was not cooling and noticed that the freezer items were defrosting. So we made the call to set up an appointment to find out if it was the compressor or something more easily remedied. They were able to come out 2 days later. Unfortunately, Michael from Cornerstone, confirmed that it was the compressor and we should really replace the fridge as soon as possible. He was really professional and helpful to our circumstance.

The parts will be ordered today. Hopefully, the new part will fix the problem.

This company is very professional, courteous and responsive. Mike correctly diagnosed and repaired our dishwasher. He arrived on time, worked very efficiently and answered any questions I had. The ladies in the office are professional and very nice too! I highly recommend them!

It was an excellent repair. We had an initial service call where the provider diagnosed our problem. The initial service call cost $75 and was scheduled relatively quickly-- I called on a Friday and the call was scheduled for the following Monday. I got an accurate estimate for the repair cost later the same day. The part to be replaced had to be ordered and I received a call to schedule the replacement service as soon as the part arrived. The money I paid for the initial service call was applied to the repair (So when the provider replaced the part I only paid $205). The only minor complaint I had was that I scheduled the service calls for a particular day and had to call the morning of that day to find out an approximate time. This might be difficult if you do not have flexible work schedule (I do so it was not too much of an issue for me). The provider was knowledgeable and explained the repair process to me. I would definitely call them again!

Initial visit went well but the adjustments he made to the washer did not stop the vibration problem. He returned at no extra cost a week later (they have a generous grace period which saved me the cost of another service call). He made some new adjustmentsto the washer which did reduce the vibration.He and the office staff were very courteous and businesslike

They did a good work for me. They fixed up everything for me. They were pretty good. The price was a little pricey, but they treated me well.

They are top notch, they are really good.  They did not have to do what they did for me.  They were also very friendly.

Excellent service. I called; Mike arrived the next day promptly. Part had to be ordered from manufacture after he diagnosed the problem. Returned 2 days later to install - again prompt, courteous and reasonable charges - only one truck charge even though I live miles from anywhere.
