The quality of the work is decent, and the price is good, but she was habitually late to her appointments ? often rescheduling once or even twice for each cleaning. This meant that she often worked in the dark to wash the windows, and we'd find streaks and spots the next day under daylight conditions. However, she always did a good job mopping tile floors, vacuuming, dusting everything from window trim to picture frames, and cleaning bathrooms to a sparkling white shine. Unfortunately, we had to discontinue her service when she failed to show up and rescheduled approximately half a dozen times over the span of two weeks with various excuses such as her car rolling into a ditch, working on other jobs, or simply forgetting. While we don't know for sure, we believe that it's because we tried to take advantage of a promotion that she posted on her website for $15 or $20 off a two-hour cleaning. We're pretty patient and understanding, but we felt like we were being strung along.

She is thorough, quick and respectful. She is extremely conscious of quality of service.
