ZRW was founded in 1992 with a combined experience over 30 years. It has been in continuous operation ever since on a very successful basis. Over the past number of years, the roofing industry has steadily grown and business has had a steadily emergent customer base operation. Leaving this review on behalf of my elderly parents who have had a terrible experience with this roofing company. They left the house with a leaking flat roof and 11 broken roof tiles. Not only did they not finish the job but they intimated my parents into paying a small balance due for work never completed. My parents received a letter from a lawyer threatening to put a lien on their home if they did not pay even though the job was not completed.

This is a terrible company. I went with them on a friends recommendation and now I really regret it. They completed the repairs so they said, but the roof started leaking about 4 months later. They gave me a year warranty so I called them back. I had to call them about 5 or 6 times before they would come back to check on the repair. They finally showed up and told me they had corrected the problem but the problem still there. I have called them back 4 more times already and every time you have to call them about 5 or 6 times before they show up, and when they do they show up they show up late. My roof still leaking and now the damage to the bathroom wall is even worse. They told me they would be here today at 8 and it is now 9 am and I am still waiting for them. Weather they show up or not, I really doubt they would complete the repair today and I will call someone else to get the job done but they can expect a lawsuit.

We called them. After sometime they finally came. They gave us a quote. We agreed and signed the papers. When all was said and done, they were supposed to notify us prior to any additional work/materials or any extra cost were to occur. I kept asking the guy on site, if anything extra was going on. They constantly told me no. Then we get the final bill, it was way over agreed price. For materials charged at ridiculously high prices per foot. I called the president and he threatened to put a lean on my house if we didn't pay. He was very vulgar. I wish I had recorded the conversation so that I could pay it for others. In addition , they destroyed my lawn, ripped up my screen door & windows, left debris all over (which we had to clean up. We have small kids. We didn't need them to step on a sharp fragment of clay tile.) His excuse, it's in the fine print that they are not responsible. We will never do business with that company again. Beware! Note: This company has multiple Angie's List listings. Looks like someone is trying to deceive customers. So that all there bad ratings don't show up under the same company.

They are very professional and have been in the area for quite some time. Everyone knows them and they are very busy. They do great work and if and when I need more work done they will be the ones to do it.

They did not do a good job at all. There is a leak in one of my turbines and still have not been able to get a hold of anyone. At first they delievered the wrong color of shingles, it was then months until I could get the right ones. My son tried to speak with the owner and he(the owner) hung up on my son.

WE PASSED ALL OF OUR REQUIRED INSPECTION (TIN-CAP,MOP-ON, SHINGLE IN PROGRESS AND OUR FINAL INSPECTION. ALL INSPECTIONS WERE PERFORMED BY MIAMI-DADE COUNTY INSPECTORS WITH THE SOUTH FLORIDA BUILDING CODE IN MIND. WHICH IS THE TOUGHEST CODE IN THE UNITED STATES. ALL INSPECTIONS WERE PASSED AND FINALIZED ON 05/26/2006. SHE WAS GIVEN RELEASE OF LIENS, GUARANTEES AND COPIES OF ALL INSPECTIONS. SHE NEVER CALLED US FOR ANY LEAKS OF ANY KIND. THIS COMPANY STANDS BEHIND ALL ITS GUARANTEES AND JOBS. WE HAVE A FULL OFFICE STAFF OF 8 EMPLOYEES ANSWERING PHONES AND RETURNING MESSAGES. SO THERE MUST BE SOME SORT OF MISUNDERSTANDING. I would never use them again. The owner is one of the rudest people we have ever met. It is unbelievable that he treats clients this way and is still in business. The problems we had are too numerous to list here. But among them are: lying, harassment, missed appointments, unreturned calls, work that had to be ripped up and redone, etc. etc. We are also reporting them to the BBB and the state attorney's office. I wish no one else has to go through what we went through.

WE DID BACK FLIPS FOR THIS CLIENT AND HER BOYFRIEND. WE FINISHED THE JOB AFTER MANY ON FIELD CHANGE ORDERS. WE DID NOT CHARGE THEM A PENNY EXTRA FOR ALL THESE CHANGES. THE BOYFRIEND KEPT WANTING TO MEET THE OWNER OF Z JEFF ROOFING ON SITE DAY AFTER DAY. AND WE OBLIGED. THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF OUR COMPANIES COMMITMENT WITH ITS COSTUMERS. A REGULAR CONTRACTOR WOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY FROM THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER AND NEVER HAD FINISHED THE JOB. BUT WE STAND BY OUR CONTRACTS AND CUSTOMERS. ALL OF OUR WARRANTIES ARE VALID AND WE STAND BEHIND THEM 100%."

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE ROOFERS ARE VERY COURTEOUS. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE OUR GUTTERS. THEY ARE WORKING VERY QUICKLY. THE ROOF IS GOING UP WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS.
