We called them. After sometime they finally came. They gave us a quote. We agreed and signed the papers. When all was said and done, they were supposed to notify us prior to any additional work/materials or any extra cost were to occur. I kept asking the guy on site, if anything extra was going on. They constantly told me no. Then we get the final bill, it was way over agreed price. For materials charged at ridiculously high prices per foot. I called the president and he threatened to put a lean on my house if we didn't pay. He was very vulgar. I wish I had recorded the conversation so that I could pay it for others. In addition , they destroyed my lawn, ripped up my screen door & windows, left debris all over (which we had to clean up. We have small kids. We didn't need them to step on a sharp fragment of clay tile.) His excuse, it's in the fine print that they are not responsible. We will never do business with that company again. Beware! Note: This company has multiple Angie's List listings. Looks like someone is trying to deceive customers. So that all their bad ratings don't show up under the same company.
