I. Needed someone to repair my roof, I called them and Melvin came next day , the estimate was reasonable and they did the repair the next day. Great service...fully recommended them.

They always answered their phone and provided the information they said they were going to provide. Excellent communication. When it was time for the job, everyone was on time, they protected all surfaces with care and meticulously did the work. Also impressive is that a month after the work was completed they called to follow up to ask how the work was holding. I will recommend this company!

So far it has an excellent work. Will find out soon once rainy/hurricane season comes if roof repair hold.

I just did my roof with Y. Rivera and sons Roofing company from Hialeah.Mr Daxel and Mr Melvin Riviera came to inspect my damaged roof which needed repair as the rain water was leaking from the roof on to my walls They quoted me $ 3,500/- which was more expensive than what I was quoted by others. They explained why they were more expensive and I believe them. They did the repair half way and even removed my tarp and the sand bags but after I paid them a deposit $2000/- they showed their true colors. Mr Melvin Riviera was so rude when I called him to find out when he was going to finish my work after waiting for 9 days of half work completed since tiles, The stucco and the form has to be finished. He kept telling me he will come tomorrow but tomorrow never came. He send the men to place tiles without doing the stucco around the wall and the flashing after 16 days. He was bulling me to allow them to place the tiles and then he would do the stucco. His workers who had come with the tiles also told me that first stucco then tiles. When I refused to allow them to place the tiles Mr. Melvin Riviera threatened me that he would delay my work more. I was not scared of him and I stood my grounds. Well I had the balance that was pending which he was aware of and till the work was finished I would have not paid. The next day he send his man to do stucco but refused to fix the form wall and told me that I need to pay $100 for placing the form to that company who was doing the stucco so that it will look like before. I got the work done by the same company he had sent for $80/- . Mr Melvin was using a third party for stucco work and was trying to get more money out of me to pay for the stucco job which was included in the price. I had to wait another week after the stucco was completed for them to set my tiles and replace broken tiles. Once again Mr. Melvin Riviera send his men with the wrong color tiles. So I refused to let his men place those tiles and he again was shouting on the phone trying to bully me into allowing his workers to place the wrong color tiles saying that is all the color tiles he has. Again when I refused those tiles he called me back in an hour telling me he found the right color tiles and his worker had by mistake got the darker color. He shows up with the right color tiles and his men replace the tiles. The whole time he was there he was badmouthing me and telling me how difficult I was... I ignored him as work had to be finished. Next thing I know since I was paying with a credit card he wanted to charge me 3.5% fee when I had a contract signed by Mr. Dexel and me on his company letter head for 2.14% which I was going to pay. He raised his voice and told me I had to pay 3.5% fee and not 2.14%. I stood my grounds and told him I will pay for what I agreed in the contract. I cannot believe what a horrible company owned by a bunch of bullies. Now I am not sure if they even did what they had in the contract. No Customer service at all. From start to finish it took 3 weeks to complete the job with so much of aggregation. Never ever hire this company or you will go thru the same ordeal I went thru. I thought they were professional in the first week but turned out to be goons and bullied. Be aware.

They did a great job repairing our chimney. However, we haven't had a hard rain since then so we can't be sure the leak was fixed but they sure put a lot of time and effort into it and it should be.
