It went horrible. This is the wordy company I’ve ever imagined. I interviewed Andre’‘s Alvarez and he advised me that he’s been doing this work for over 10 years. He said that he would be the one doing work and he’d probably be bringing guys on the site. He advised that they also spoke English they did not. They started work on February 24 and we were told that it would take approximately three weeks. we got into April, and it still wasn’t done. I had to put the job on pause because we were going on vacation. came back and The guys worked for one day and then we were advised that one of the guys cut himself and he couldn’t come back for a few more days. Then he came back for one day and then went back to Cuba. The guys totally disrespected my home, they cut tiles in the house. They put chicken bones in my garbage can and created maggots. They left the toilet off of the septic tank hole uncovered and created methane gas from my septic for two days. The grout lines are hideous. Looks like a 12-year-old did the work. The glass in the shower doesn’t lineup it is uneven and unlevel and the water pours out of the gaps in the glass, which is most likely because the glass isn’t level. We were told not to put the water on full force so the water wouldn’t pour out. The shower panel leaks. They disconnected the plumbing underneath the vanity. They moved two pieces of glass in the bathroom and never reattached them. The trim on the floor is not nailed in or secured properly. They cut tile in my house, creating a dust storm and also opening my husband and I up for cancer as the dust gets in your lungs and causes cancer from the silica gel. There was dust all over my house kicked on everything. We will promise that they would put up a plastic sheet over the door that never happened. They put down paper on the floor with masking tape pull the paper up never pulled the masking tape back up some of the paper tour, and my husband ended up, tripping on the paper and hurting his leg very badly. The glassier installer came and put in the glass and measured the glass while his minor child was with him. They never really showed up on time and when if they did come, it was always that they had to leave to go to Home Depot to get material or have flesh wounds or auto accidents or wouldn’t be able to start their cars. They wouldn’t even work a full day they’d come around 11:30 and work till maybe 3 o’clock the guy that went back to Cuba was constantly on his phone. the owner of the company never did any of the work. And when we came back from our vacation found out he cut his leg so he couldn’t come the very next day he was ultimately fired. The owner of the company never ever got his hands dirty or did any work the only time I ever seen him doing anything was on the last day when he wanted his last payment is that he fixed my bidet knob.5

Handled scheduling and problems as they came up like a pro.

Very Well! The job was completed according to city codes, and we pass the insurance inspection. The Manager, Andres, and his team was very knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to perform whatever work one would like to get done. I will hire this company anytime for further projects.

Andres remodeled my home in Miami Lakes completely. He re-did my tiles, added impact windows to the front of the house, and both bathrooms. He did an amazing job from start to finish. They were always on time and professional about everything. I am very happy with the job done. Would totally hire again.

came out and quoted me the project within 24 hours...advised me on several of the aspects of the project and the work performed was excellent....we would absolutely hire them again...

Thanks to Andres and his team of professionals. Hiring contractors in Miami these days are very scary and can be a living nightmare. I'm so glad I did not experience any headaches with this company. Doing business with them was painless. They showed up when they said they would on time and completed the job before time. My house looks completely different. It's the BEST house on the block.

Very easy to work with timeline was right on point they showed up when they said they would be here work perform was very neat and clean the bottom line is they did a fantastic job they were here when they said they were going to be here and they went far and beyond what was expected to be done I would highly recommend them for any job
