Vanguard Solar Technologies LLC

It did not go well. I purchased a complete Solar Panel American made Sharp system in Nov 2011. The company web site states the delivery time is approximately 45 days. The company respresentative Paul stated if I deposited funds in there checking account I could have everything delivered in 3 weeks. The mounting equipment and inverters arrived in approximately 2 weeks. The panels have yet to arrive and we are having to seek legal assistance in getting a refund. As of today it is approximately 150 days and nothing. This company is an LLC under Pagent LLC which is overseen by a Patricia Vargus who is also the member for two other companies CARRANCH Motors and  ROCHA Properties ALL with the same address and phone number as Vanguard Solar Technologies. This is for all Angie List Members as a warning to STAY away from this company. It's organizational structure is questionable and they have not lived up to any promise made by Paul. My panels were supposed to have shipped 4 times and yet nothing. The original panels advertised that I purchased I found out later from Sharp had not been in product for over a year and that Vanguard Solar is not an authorized distributor. I had to inform Vanguard of this and they have since updated their web site to something more current and are waiting for their next victim.
