Rick had the tv for a few weeks while he went through the process of diagnosing the issue. Parts ordered didn't work, those were returned although I thought of giving up he suggested I allow more time; eventually he determined the parts initially ordered were bad and new ones obtained. Replaced a few boards on the TV and my TV is working well at a reasonable price. Would have been much more expensive to replace it.

Rick responded to my inquiry quickly and was very professional. Within a week, he had ordered the part and had our TV fixed and running. He installed the part in about 30 minutes. I called. They got right back and came out quickly. Ed reprogrammed my universal remote to work with Directv. He actually made a couple changes so now it actually works better than before. He and his partner are very fair and highly competent. I have used them before and they will continue to be my go to TV guys.

Rick told me he could come and get the TV that day (the Friday of LD weekend) and take it to his shop and repair it. Buying a new TV was going to cost me $600-900 even with the Labor Day sales so I felt good about the offer. Rick came as promised on time with his pick up truck and colleague and took the TV. He called me on Labor Day Saturday and told me the TV repair was a power repair problem - probably due to storms and power surges of late here in Miami. The repair would be $225. Today as promised the TV was delivered repaired and all is well with the world again. I highly recommend TV Guy and Rick especially. Great and timely service at a reasonable rate. I would not go anywhere else! Thanks Rick!

It went very well! It is a wonderful service. Rick had to take my 55in TV to his shop for repair. He is very responsive & he also explained everything to me in detail.

Eventually we got the TV fixed. It took time but it was better than a new TV as this one was only 1 year old. Amazing that Samsung could not supply the part by TV Guys did what they said they would the fix it and all is great!!

It could not have gone better. Our TV was about six years and stopped working. Based on the diagnostic code a fan had failed. I called Panasonic support.. The tech support person told me the part number of a fan and told me I could replace it myself. I bought it for around $22. I then found out there were two different fans so I bought another one. When I found out there were actually four (4) fans, I decided I did not want to try to fix it myself. The shop is just below the Coast Guard Opa-Locka Air Station.so we decided to drop off the TV and shop at the Coast Guard exchange before returning to our home in Coral Gables. However, when we arrived Rick said he thought he could fix it immediately, so while we shopped at the Coast Guard exchange he fixed the TV. He even recommended a place to eat lunch. When we returned after shopping and lunch the TV was fixed. He only charged us for the labor since I had the correct part.

They were very professional, they explained everything to us. The did a great job, all the cords were hidden and they even took the time to have us sit down to make sure the location of tvs would be correct.

The experience was very, very good. The service call was $40 and to change everything out, he gave me a discount because I paid it and he wasn’t able to repair the TV. It’s the screen size. The service was great. It was very reasonable. I had somebody call me and gave me some insane quotes. They had to come and inspect the TV. It’s an outdoor TV so it wasn’t easy to get through. He came when I got my new TV. I called him and he came right out to replace it. He was very good to service. What really stood out about him was he was very friendly and very helpful. He was telling me not to go out and buy expensive TV for outside. I live in South Florida and the humidity here is crazy. He was very informative and extremely nice. We are actually going to use his services. I’m going to have to mount all of my TVs on the wall; not right now because we are doing a little bit of construction. When it’s done, we are going to have him come back, take all of our TVs and mount them on the wall. He does wonderful job. He is very nice and honest.

I had a 42'' TV mounted near the middle section of my wall, and had several cables dangling from the TV to connect to the electric socket and the Comcast Xfinity box located right underneath the TV on a nightstand. I hate messy cables dangling from my TVs! Rick, from TV Guys came to my house in the late morning on 07/10/2015, and made all those cables disappear! It is such a relief not seeing cables dangling all over the place from my TV. Rick was prompt, courteous, and honest. I recommend his company for any TV related work, repairs, cable management, etc. TV Guys is an honest, down-to-earth, all-American hard working company with A+ service, before, during, and after being contracted.
