Trash Be Gone Inc

Called last week to make arrangements for a 10 yard trailer to be delivered on Saturday May 9 around noon. Was told they would be there on Saturday. At 1:00 Saturday afternoon they had not arrived and had not called. I called and received a message saying their business hours were Monday thru Friday and to leave a message. I left a message wondering when they were coming to deliver the trailer. No one called me back. If they are not doing business on Saturday then why did they schedule my delivery for Saturday? I called again on Monday morning, again was answered by voicemail. I left message saying no one delivered a trailer and no one called and would someone call me back as I was still wanting the trailer. No one has returned my phone call. I guess they do not want my business and they will not get it now. No excuse for not returning a potential clients phone call.

Hauling of misc trash from home. Met with Sergio on 4/18 late afternoon. Told they would pick up on 4/19 at around 1:00 pm. Advised they would call. In lieu of fact it was 1:45 and no one had called, I contacted Sergio. Texted me to say his guys had problems with earlier pick up and mine would have ti be moved to Monday! A Saturday sitting around waiting for nothing!

I give them an and quot;Aand quot; overall. they were a just a little bit later than expected, however it was only due to the fact that their first job had more going on than they expected, but Sergio called me as any professional would and should do to let me know that the first job which should have been finished was running longer than expected. Because of his call then I was able to stand down from the set time. When all said and done that guys show up still earlier enough with ample manpower and completed the job in a real timely fashion....They did an excellent job and when the time arises again will use them again.

Located through Angie's List, previously used 800 Got Junk. Beyond pleased with price and service. Sergio did site visit day before to assess number of workers and truck space necessary for job. Workers were timely, courteous, and exceeded expectations! Will utilize again with future waste removal needs. Did a lot of research on dumpster rentals and these guys got the job done in one visit for a better price than any dumpster rental or Got Junk.

This was my first service call since becoming an Angie's List member. Sergio was amazing. He answered my call, went to my house that day and provided me with an estimate. His price was very reasonable. Then his crew came by the house and handled the job. They even picked up the small twigs/branches. It was as if a pile of debris had never been in the front yard. Now that I have Sergio and Trash Be Gone as an option, I believe I will finally be able to get that clean organized garage I want.

I spoke to Sergio last week. He answered the phone at the time I called. We set an appt. for an estimate. Sergio showed up on time and provided me with an estimate. I found his rates very fair. He and his crew showed up this morning and were gone by 12 noon. They put all of the demo debris in their truck and hauled it away. They cleaned up the shed site and swept around the surrounding patio. It was a straightforward job and the services were spot on. My only wish is that I knew about his services when we were doing some work on our house. If you need some demo and debris removal, he does it all. We are capable of doing this work, but just dont have the time to do it. I am SO glad I found them.
