I wrote a previous review back in Dec. 2024 where I stated I was not satisfied with his turn around time, but in Franks' defense, he was involved in a car accident and could not attend to us at the moment. He eventuatlly showed up and fixed the issue, the AC unit is working fine! Thanks .

We purchased a new unit in July and Frank, the technician was helpful at first, it's now Dec and the unit is acting up, we called Frank and he has not been as responsive. It's been two days and we are still waiting in him Very disappointed ?

I called them and they arrived on time ,they were highly recommended and helped get us cool at home again . The owner luis seams very knoledgable and was very professional .I will definitely call them for our ac change out in a few months.
