It was a 2 to 3 month process. Starting from the time the sales rep. and helper came out to my home to measure the windows and provide me with a quote. Florian was always professional and kept me up to speed with anything and everything that was going on. He arrived on time and emailed me with the quotes fairly quickly. After sleeping on it for a week or two I finally decided to accept and give Sunshine Windows the job. The price for the windows were perfect, but the fees for the permitting I thought was a bit high. but overall excellent work. It took about 3 weeks for the windows to be finished with the production stage. On the Installation day they came with a crew of two men, that did an excellent job as well. They took out 15 old windows and installed all new windows between 8 to 9 hours. they were very professional, neat and attentive to detail.
