Not only did the pro do a excellent job, on repairing my door jamb and repairing my front door frame. I also needed some plastering done in my bathroom. He went above and beyond. He realized he needed to match the paint on the door frame because it was black... He explained everything I needed for I was clueless...Out the goodness of his heart he went to home Depot and got everything else I needed due to the fact that I don't drive. Chris is the pro's name. His prices are very reasonable. I'm from the old school. See people can have all the skills and talents in this world to do a job....but if you don't have integrity and manners and kindness....good luck keeping that Job. Chris you most definitely have skills and talents and your a kind human being you know how to deal with people. Thank you so much Chris, I will gladly use your repair services again and refer you to anyone I know that is I need of home repair....

Chris came and inspected my home and told me what was needed and how long it will take. Finished everything in one day and covered all my furniture and wall. Very good and professional work. Thank you again

I hired Chris for popcorn removal and it was a nightmare. He did only about 45% of the work he was hired to do. The work that was done was sloppy and unprofessional. He left the side extremely dirty with minimum effort to cover certain items in the home despite having the material. I would strongly recommend avoiding this contractor unless you want to be overcharged with low quality work and left with a mess to clean up. Despite numerous conversations verbally about the pricing . He sent me an invoice with half of the job and called me three times within two hours to confirm that it was fine. At that point, I was very annoyed and just told him yeah as I trusted our numerous verbal conversations about pricing. (Thanks for teaching me that I have to carefully read everything before confirming) I found an another contractor who did a wonderful job and finished it. Who definitely opined that I got scammed by this guy.

Customer friendly

Christopher arrived on time and did excellent work. Everything went exactly as he planned. Chris and his son were both very nice and polite. They did an outstanding job cleaning up after the popcorn removal and their price for the project was far better than other estimates. He also does window installations among other things. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

The front door of our house was not closing properly & had a few issues we got a hold of Chris. He made an appointment with us showed up on time. Fix the problem within 30 minutes and now the door is closing property. I would definitely rehire him again.
