I have decided to postpone this project because I am concerned about some existing conditions and potential problems with the installation of new hardware. I would recommend this company, their proposal was fair in price, and well detailed. I will keep their package on file.

It went real fast and quick, the came out measured the windows, another day came out and drilled in the screws and less than two to three days they brought the panels. Most of the delay was with the city and the permit inspection.

Mary was very prompt in providing the requested estimates and providing the needed certificates of insurance. She was always very cordial and professional. In the end, we decided not to go forward with the work, but we can highly recommend the company for those looking to have hurricane shutters installed.

I contacted them on Sunday via Angie's list and they called me back within 2 hours. On Monday I got an estimate for $1000.00 for the job and on Wednesday it was completed. Home depot wanted > $3000.00 to do the same thing and I had been dealing with them for a month and the job was not even initiated yet!

I called several shutter companies in the area and this was the only company that had any clue what customer service means. They are FANTASTIC. The price was in line with all other estimates I received, but they went above and beyond to help me save money. They assisted me with documentation that was needed for the insurance and the permits and they were always extremely helpful and responsive. I recommend them to everyone looking for shuttters. The installation was fast.

They did an excellent job! We bought a house that was missing a porthole window shutter and garage panels. They came personally recommended and did not disappoint. They were very good at explaining everything, installation was professional and well done. We would definitely recommend them.
