Saul Signs

The sign manufacturing was very good, the sign looks great. Unfortunately, there was some "miscommunication" and it's not really exactly what I wanted. I had designed the sign with the rgb lights in mind and somehow the end product did not include this type of lighting. Although their rep has explained that they can make my changes (corrections) in the future after the permit is completed, it will be an additional cost to what I feel has already been a high price. Additionally, the final placement of the sign was not quite as I had desired, I wanted to avoid any unsightly wires leading to my sign and instead there is a three foot wire leading up to my sign like a deformed tail. I am also slightly uncomfortable with having paid in full before the permit has been finalized. Although their rep has assured me that there won't be any problems and if there are any they would be their responsibility, I would hate to be left in a situation where I may end up with an open permit and an incomplete project. I would much rather have made a partial payment with the balance paid after the permit is finalized.
