 + -1 moreWe settled on a cash price of $2300 which I paid him. He basically stole my money , he never did any of the work. I took him to court and won, (I had email evidence). He lied in court and said I never paid him. This man is a LIAR , THIEF , UNTRUSTWORTHY If you see this man RUN

 + -1 moreProposal for a gate and fence. Incompetent in structural knowledge, he presented a plan that could not pass my city's zoning board even after 3 changes. I requested my money back; he gave me a bad check on a closed account. THIS CONTRACTOR IS UNQUALIFIED AND UNTRUSTWORTHY.
