Absolutely horrible. They put in an AC unit in 2019 for a condo we purchased in 2021. It went out every few months and we continues to call them. Paying a few hundred each time. After a year of this th we told us that it was most likely an issue that wasn’t covered by warranty so we would need to purchase another AC. We called a cool air and they came out and advised that the unit was as put in incorrectly. It now works after they redid the duct work and reinstalled it correctly. To say this company is incompetent and are crooks is an understatement. We spent thousands and were lied to again and again They sent a Spanish only speaking technician. We do not speak Spanish. I get Miami is very Spanish apeaking but if we are paying to fix an issue then send someone who can communicate. Even though he just took the money and did nothing

DO NOT USE. They are scammers. Please investigate, you will see plenty of cases like mine on line and they are true. Raircon is a scam, they will install faulty equipment to scam you into paying for their services over and over again. I bought an air conditioning unit for my condo at nearly $5000 cost in 2020. less than a year later it stopped cooling. They came and repaired it (to be fair, for free) and admitted it was a faulty installation and the unit was leaking gas. Now a year later I had exactly the same problem again. I called an alternative contractor since I don´t trust Raircon any longer and they confirmed that there was a gas leak on the valves, not anywhere else. They also confirmed that kind of leak is usually intentional, left by the repair service so that the client has to call them every year. I called them to take care of the issue and they refused to come unless I pay them $220 in advance.

I paid Raircon over $6,000 to repair one of my family's condos. Within 9 months, the same AC leak returned and they said it was not their fault. they cleaned out the lines (to be fair for free), but left me with a second ruined ceiling. I asked the tech what should be done, seeing my family owned more units in the building. I wast told to ask for a specific service and he set the price. I emailed with specifics. When they came to our next apartment (mind you, I already spent $6K and had damage from Raircon, so felt I was a good and patient client), the tech was rude and said he would not do all that work, and that the price would be much higher for only a portion of the work. While looking at the job, he caused some minor damage (really no big deal, some dirt and chips). I was still ok and asked that at least would the fix the damage since they refused to do the work. They came back, even more rude, said the damage was there before they got there (mind you, this is a brand new construction home lived in by my elderly mom who does not service Acs!). I gave them every chance to make it right, but they said too bad, write a bad review. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. There are much better and cheaper companies to use.

See above. They are thieves. Took $330 from my 81 year-old mother and completely ripped her off. What a scam job. I hope somebody treats their mother the way they treated mine. As if I would hire them ever again. Not so much. I’ll throw money down the toilet they pretended to fix first.

Showed up on time, fixed the problem, reasonable cost.

I have used Raircon many times with the repair and eventual replacement of my condo A/C units. Edwin is extremely responsive and is usually on-site within a few hours of my call - unbelievable sometimes. Their work is top notch and their pricing is very fair. They are also very neat. I would use Raircon for all my future A/C needs and without any reservation recommend them!!
