Quality Fencing

I had my fence installed by Quality Fencing LLC about a year ago, and unfortunately, I've been dealing with issues ever since. A few months after the installation, the doors began to malfunction: they wouldnâ t lock properly, and despite paying for their top lock option, the doors would frequently swing open. Eventually, the anchor that secures the door to the ground broke off. When I reached out to Quality Fencing LLC for assistance, they dismissed my concerns, stating that since it had been a year and there had been hurricanes, they could not help me. After several emails requesting at least an estimate for repairs, I received no response. I then contacted another fencing company for an evaluation, and they pointed out several flaws in the installation by Quality Fencing LLC. They noted that there was no cement added to anchor the doors properly, which contributed to the problems I was experiencing. Based on my experience, I would think twice before hiring Quality Fencing LLC. Do your research and consider other options. Itâ s not worth the hassle of dealing with subpar workmanship and poor customer service. You may end up needing to hire someone else to fix the issues they created.

I just had a 100 foot wood fence done to separate a property. It was a great experience. The communication was beyond stellar and the price was $10 cheaper per foot than another popular company that quoted over the phone. Another company, Henry's, did not return any of my calls. I had my fence being put up within the week and they did a beautiful job. It was done in one day and it is rock solid and looks great. I could not have asked for a better experience, especially in Miami.

I have been able to install multiple fences over the past year with Quality Fencing since their price is very fair and its owner Ibrain, is very detail oriented, professional and efficient. Outstanding communication at all times. I had to call them back for a minor detail and they came to correct it withing 2 days. I have been able to check their experience involving different types of materials (Aluminum-Durafence, Doors, PVC fence and also did a chain Link Fence repair. I highly recommend their team.

The team was able to start work the day after signing the work order. They did the demolition, removal and installation in just a couple of days! We love how it looks!! We had new aluminum fence and gates put on the front of the house and vinyl chainlink fence for our backyard. Thanks Again!

We made sure to get three quotes from different individuals/companies. Ibrain came over and we immediately felt comfortable. He was professional, experienced, knowledgeable and his quote was competitive. The company is also insured which is very important for us especially since we have a pool. He helped us through the permit process which can be a little overwhelming. They started the job immediately after our permit was approved. It took about 2 1/2 days to complete, as they had to remove an old wooden fence. I liked his employees who explained the process as the work was being done. Our backyard looks amazing and we are really happy with the final outcome.
