They do a wonderful job. They were prompt and quick. They did not linger or procrastinate. They did not mess around. They always come around if there is any problem.

It was a constant battle on my part to find out what was happening, when the part was coming, and when it would be repaired. After two months of pleas and complaints the repairman just came and did the repair one day without notice while I was at work. Fortunately, someone was home to pay. When the part did not work like the instructions said, I called and left messages but no one ever returned my calls. I eventually figured it out on my own, no thanks to them. The part did not fit like the original and the control panel and wires were left open to the weather.

They really seemed to know exactly what he was doing with respect to our pool heater. In just one visit, he saw that the wiring was connected wrong and fixed it. He was a genuine person and I liked him.

After researching prices on pool heaters, I found that their prices were very competitive. They were also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me so that I could understand what was going on. It did take a couple of attempts to coordinate the work.

Came out on a holiday morning, diagnosed the problem immediately, repaired the leak. Noticed that the fan motor was not coming on correctly and immediately rewired it correctly. Also supplied some of the missing fasteners for the cover. All told, he took less than an hour and a half to accomplish the repair and have the pool heating once again. My wife relies on the pool heater to make the pool 90 degrees so that she can do her therapy. His prompt attention to our problem meant she can once again begin her therapy. Such attention to service is rare; we do recommend Mr. J. Wilson and his company wholeheartedly.
