Jose is a nice person. However, soon after I reroofed, the roof paper started to lose the white particles. When I called the roofing company, I could not get anyone on the phone for weeks. I also faxed two messages, but no one returned my calls or my faxes. I know it was after a hurricane, but I did leave messages and faxes. I eventually gave up. If someone returned my messages, I would give a B or A grade. Maybe they are just too busy to return calls.
Description of Work: Reroofed flat roof on two story townhouse.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY SHOWED UP RIGHT ON TIME AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK AS WELL. I REALLY THINK THAT THEY DID A GREAT JOB WHEN IT WAS ALL DONE.

HE STANDS BY HIS WORK. HE IS LOCAL, WHICH MAKES IT HANDY. WE GOT A FEW ESTIMATES AND HE WAS THE LOWEST THAT WE COULD FIND ANYWHERE IN THE AREA. HE HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR A LONG TIME.
Description of Work: THEY TORE OFF OLD ROOFING TILE, PUT DOWN TAR PAPER AND NEW TILE.
