I liked my new toilet, but when I started to use it, it was rocking when sat on it. Then it began to run water in tank every 15 to twenty minutes. I called them to tell them on 5/13/2014 about the problem and was told that he would call me back. I waited a week and no call, so called again on Monday 5/19/2014 at about 9am. He said he would have his brother call to set up repair. No call...called on Tues 5/20 at 10:30 and again at 3:30 and left message for them to call back. At 4:20 my daughter texted from her cell phone (number they were not familiar with) & requested an appointment for a toilet repair as soon as possible (requesting an appointment the next day if possible). He text back right away "Who is this?" and she told him who she was. He has not responded since. I am sure that it is just an error on the installation as it is a brand new toilet. Just want that they would come back and correct the installation.
