NOEL WORKED MAGIC REPAIRING THE SLIDING DOOR ON OUR BALCONEY. OUR BUILDING, WHICH IS RIGHT AT THE OCEAN WITH ALL THE CORROSIAN THAT INVOLVES, IS MORE THAN 50 YEARS OLD, AND I THINK THE SLIDING DOOR WAS PART OF ORIGINAL CONSTRUCTION. (WE HAVE OWNED OUR APARTMENT FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS.) THE DOOR WAS DANGEROUS. IT WAS OLD, WOBBLY, STUCK AND APPEARED HOPELESS. I FEARED A $5,000+ REPLACEMENT WOULD BE NECESSARY. IT PROBABLY WOULD HAVE BEEN IF ANYONE OTHER THAN NOEL TRIED TO REPAIR THE DOOR. HE IS A DETERMINED, SKILLFUL CRAFTSMAN AND TRULY EXPERT, ESPECIALLY FOR SUCH A YOUNG MAN. HE WAS CREATIVE ANALYSING THE PROBLEMS WITH THE DOOR AND WINDOW, THINKING THROUGH THE SOLUTION AND DOING IT IN A PROFESSIONALLY EXPERT WAY. HE WORKED HARD AND PURPOSEFULLY, AND WOULD NOT GIVE UP UNTIL HE HAD COMPLETED AN AMAZING JOB. AND HE WAS POLITE, PUNCTUAL AND ALWAYS HAD THE KIND OF CONFIDENT, POSITIVE ATTITUDE NECESSARY FOR THIS PARTICULARLY DIFFICULT JOB. HE AND HIS ASSISTANT WORKED WELL AS A TEAM RESTORING OUR DOOR AND LEFT THE AREA ABSOLUTELY CLEAN WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. AND THE AMOUNT NATALIE CHARGES FOR THIS WORK WAS AMAZING. WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL TO NOEL, AND ALWAYS WILL CALL ON NATALIE FOR ANY WORK WE NEED ON OUR WINDOWS OR GLASS DOOR.

Eduardo was very responsive and easy to work with. He came out at the time he promised. He was cordial and professional. Our broken window was pretty high up and i offered him the use of our ladder but he came fully equipped with his own tall ladder. He cleaned up the area and custom cut a piece of glass and repaired my window in a matter of minutes. He carries glass around in his truck and a glass cutter so he doesn't need to go back to his shop for custom jobs. I called a few other vendors that told me it would take a few days because they had to measure, go back to their shop, cut the glass and come back several days later. Eduardo did everything on the spot. He was very clean too.I would highly recommend him and would definitely call him again in the future to fix any broken glass. He was reasonably priced as well. HIghly recommend!

I have used them in lots of projects and they are very responsive. The price is good. They are the nicest people that I dealt with. They come out even for the small jobs and they are courteous.

I think they are very good. They came out when I asked which was the next day. They did the job quickly. I didn’t have to be present. I was very pleased with them. I would hire them again.

I called to set up an estimate. He said they could be there within 30 min. He came, looked at the windows, gave me the estimate and said they could do the work right then. In less than an hour I had 3 fixed windows! They were fast, did great work and the price was perfect. A previous report stated that they don't come to the Gables so I almost didn't call but I'm glad I did. I live in the Gables and they came here. They were also doing another job around Miracle Mile when I called them...

Very honest workers. We have an older home and we were concerned that cool air was escaping through the seals to the outside. They told us that the seals were in good shape and that replacing the window would not save much, if anything, in our energy bill. I was impressed with this honest response considering that they would have made more money by replacing our windows. Excellent attention to detail. If we ever need window work done in the future, we will call Natalie Windows.

I called the company and left mesage, he called back. Scheduled work following week. Came one evening fixed in 30 mins.

We got impact resistant glass. Edwardo was excellent about everything. His standards are very high and professional. I was impressed with his work and would highly recommend him as well.

Eduardo came out right away, but did not have the actual parts in his inventory. He located the parts and came back to finish the job. He was very thorough, even lubricating the windows and making sure any mess was picked up. He also caulked a window that had a leak and did not charge me until we had rain to make sure there was no leak.

WE HAD A DIFFERENT STYLE INSTALLED BECAUSE THE OTHER STYLE WAS A LITTLE OLD FASHIONED. THE WINDOW LOOKS SUPERB NOW AND BRINGS A GLOW TO THE HOUSE! THIS WAS A BUSINESS DEAL GONE RIGHT.

THE SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, THE HURRICANE DID A LOT OF DAMAGE ON THE OUTSIDE OF MY HOUSE. THE EMPLOYEES WERE NICE AND DID A GREAT JOB, THE WINDOWS LOOK FANTASTIC, AND HAVE CUT DOWN ON EXPENSES.
