MY DREAM KITCHEN

From the beginning Jose Baca was difficult to reach. He DOES NOT answer or return phone calls. He would be late or reschedule appointments constantly. He would show up without proper equipment and need to borrow screws, a level and a measuring tape from the other contractor on site. The cabinets we're not level and when the granite was delivered he was no where to be found to level them. The cabinet shelves can not be adjusted because the interior holes don't line up and the baseboards on the cabinets don't attach where they meet in corners. I have called and sent repeayed texts and still no answer. I am mow having to hire someone else to correct the problems he left behind. Jose Baca comes across as one of the nicest people you'd want to meet but beware, not everything is as it seems.
