Excellent work

Based on the reviews on Angie's List I called up Miami Carpet Cleaners to come out and clean my two bedrooms and stairs.  I live in a three story townhouse, so we had two sets of stairs to clean, and the top floor bedrooms were all carpeted.  I was under some time constraints with my schedule to get this done.  But when I called Mike he fit me into his schedule and came out that afternoon for a same day appointment.  Overall thoughts:

- Very professional!

- Attention to detail.  Mike put down clean towels underneath all his equipment to protect the second floor hardwood floors.

- Stain removal.  We had a couple areas that had some small stains on the stairs, Mike did a great job getting them out and cleaning them.

I would definitely use Miami Carpet Cleaners again, and strongly recommend Mike if you are looking to get your carpets cleaned for a competitive price and great service.

I have a large 4 bedroom house and between the kids and the dogs it was destroyed but for the amazing job he did I would have paid him double. I had 2 companies come out in the past year, they charged me almost $700 (after they told me it would only be $20 per room and $35 per rug and I only have one rug) didnt take out all the stains (they told me they would never come out) and left water stains from their machines. I called Michael at Miami Carpet and he explained that a 4 bedroom with stairs would cost me $210. Then he asked me to go on his website and showed me a link where the and quot;specialty rugand quot; as he called it, was priced out by square foot. When he came into the house, he saw the stains and said there is a possibility they wont come out (no one ever told me that upfront before) but he said he would do his best to get them out. He did that room 4 times and he actually got all the stains out! I couldnt believe it. The rug came back smelling great (my dogs did a number to it) and the whole house looked and smelt wonderful. I will never go with another carpet cleaning company ever again. Miami Carpet Cleaning is simply the best.

This is pretty much, right now at least, a one man operation. Michael came out and did a very nice job cleaning our bedroom carpet. It was filthy. He has nice clean equipment. Does a very thorough job. Is very conscientious about his work and honors his price quote with no monkey business.
He quoted and charged $100 to do the room and did a very good job. Our carpets were so dirty that after he left some of the dirt under the carpet came back up through the carpet while the carpet was drying. We called Michael and he said this was very common with dirtier carpets and he came back the next day and cleaned the carpet again at no additional charge.
When dealing with carpet cleaners in S FL you must be very careful. There's a lot of low ball carpet cleaning offers out there. Then inexperienced workers show up with dirty equipment and they won't honor their price or they try to up sell you on special services you require because your carpet is sooooo bad. And if you try to get them to come back to clean something they missed, good luck with that. Michael does none of that monkey business. Carpet cleaning is something that sounds simple but does require experience to do well.

Before moving out of my rental I was required to have the carpets and stairs cleaned by a professional. What I liked best about this provider was when reviewing the company's website you knew exactly what it was going to cost. No hidden fees. Omar arrived at the time designated and was very professional when cleaning the carpet.
