They were awesome. They were as nice as could be and very helpful in finding the right color. They offered a rental car for me to use while they did the work. I couldn't be happier with their service.

I got the Urethane IC paint and it came out better than I expected, a great value for the price paid. Estimate to get the dents repaired at two other shops were in the $6-700 range and only included painting the bumper and rear quarter panel. Overall an excellent job. Shop manager Andres was great to work with.

One of the things that stood out about them was that when they advertised the price for a paint job it did not include everything. They had five different levels of painting that included only putting the paint on the car and not the prepping or sanding. My car paint was not peeling off but had big wear spots on the hood and on the roof. They could not just put paint over that. It was a surprise to me to find out that there was more to it than that for the price that I paid. I also enquired a few other places and their prices were much higher. The difference was that they would make the car like a new showroom car. It was considerably more money. My car was eleven years old and all I wanted was for my car to look decent because I plan to keep it for a while as it runs well. So, I did not want to go in to a much higher thing. It depended on what I wanted for mine and my car experience. I thought that their price was fair for the quality of work that they did. I had different levels to choose from but I was very pleased on how my car looked when I got it. They painted my car dark blue with metallic sparkles on it that sparkled in the sun. I was not happy with the gentleman that I dealt with in their office as he was abrupt and not as customer friendly as I liked. I thought that he should have been a little more patient with me as I did not know as to what to ask when I first started talking to him. I thought that if it was a four years old car then I would get a four years guarantee painting and did not know the difference. He did not take the time to explain the differences to me and that part was not nice. My car did not look like a showroom piece but looked decent. They had my car ready sooner than I thought. I took my car to them on a Monday morning and they said that the car would be ready by Saturday but they called me on Thursday to tell me that the car was ready. That was a good thing. I would use them in the future for the same situation but I would not use them if it was a new car that had been in an accident or something. I talked to other service providers who I felt would do a bang up job with a brand new car.

I went there with a special plan to have the car painted because I wanted to keep it instead of selling it. I thought I would be paying 499 dollars or something like that, but by the time they got done with me I paid almost double this. They did a semi decent job, but the quality wasn t as good as I would have liked.
