Lone Star Plumbing did not have the correct supplies there was some miscommunication on the job. I had to finish the job myself.

They came out to fix the flap on the toilet. After they left, they had left a mess (water on the floor). After a couple of days, it wasn't working. I called them back to alert them of this, but they refused to come out and fix it. I even spoke to the owner and he was rude and continued refused to fix it.
