custom cabinets
 + -1 moreSloppy craftsmanship, always trying to cut corners, not timely with project scheduling. 1st counter top had 2 pieces of Formica joined where the sink sits. The rep suggested "painting" the line where they joined with a plastic compound. I said "unacceptable". It was grudgingly taken back to the shop & returned two days later--- with the paint compound on the seam instead of a new piece! Guess they thought I wouldn't notice. Sent back again. Two weeks to have the right size Formica shipped. 5 cabinets had no shelves. Installers gouged holes in drywall during installation. Measurements for stove space inaccurate requiring another visit to trim. Pass through window counter top installed backwards, sent back to the shop. The installation process that should have taken a day took 6 weeks. Through a translator, complained to the owner who made an appointment to come to my house, but 1/2 hour after the scheduled time the rep called to cancel for him, he didn't speak English.
Description of Work: First, the company salesperson/rep (Rafael) measured my kitchen and inserted the dimensions and specifications into a computer program to help design custom made thermo-foil cabinets & drawers and a Formica counter top to replace my old fixtures which were being gutted due to water damage. Then the installation started two weeks later.
