Tenants had complained about this window for years. We had several handymen look at it and all concluded that it was not repairable. Thinking we would have to replace the entire window, we searched Angie's List for Jalousie windows and found reports on a few vendors that mentioned them. We this picked one at random as they were all A-rated. Glad we did. Replacement was never mentioned - he just repaired it.

Excellent. The mechanic showed up promptly, did the work quickly- even some things we didn't realize were in need of repair- made all the windows operate well. We thought we'd have to replace everything so they saved us thousands!

Overall it went very well. We wanted all the windows replaced and the patio door changed from a sliding one to a French door. The person that did the installation arrived on time, worked through 5 pm the first day and did all the windows. Then he came back the next day and finished the patio door. His work was very meticulous and efficient. I worried that there would be this big mess, but he worked very cleanly and cleaned up after himself as he went along. We noticed a small bubble on one of the windows after the installation was complete. We called the company and they sent a replacement panel right away, no questions asked. We were impressed with the responsiveness. hey return calls right away and are very efficient with follow-up. We were very happy with his work and the quality of the windows and door. Our new windows and patio door look great!
