He came out and said the door frame didn't fall within the perimeters of the deal and he couldn't' perform the work we wanted.

He e-mailed me his telephone number with a quote for the job. I called his number and gave him ample details about the project. He said he was definitely up to the task and that he would telephone me the evening prior to the doing of the job to confirm his coming over. He did not call the day before or respond to calls. His cell phone was not answered on the day of the job either. He simply did not show up.
