Very bad company. We confirmed our desire to go with them and install accordion shutters in my mother’s house. They sat on the city permit application for several weeks and was never applied for. No follow up, nothing, emails and phone calls were not returned. Poor communication. The owner, Andrea is rude and nasty and will give any excuse. Very unprofessional. An F is too much to give them.

Guardian was the most expensive of the three companies I got estimates from. That is why I gave them a B on price. I went with them anyway because I liked the design of their shutters the best. They handled all the building permits and HOA approvals. Everything went smoothly. I hope we'll never need to use the shutters, but I feel better having them now.

Guardian hurricane was very easy to work with. Allison was prompt in sending me a quote, setting up appointments for installation and inspection, and answering all my questions. Pablo and his team did a fantastic job and made sure everything was done timely. My shutters match my exterior paint and therefore blend in really well. Guardian secured my city permit and even scheduled city inspection within days so that the project was completed. I would recommend Pablo at Guardian for any South Florida homeowner.

Pablo and team were absolutely great. Punctual at the time of raising requirements, punctual at the time of installation and responsive to any requirements throughout the process. I did my own permit submission with the city and Pablo was quick and agile in providing the information I needed to get the permits. Installation was done quickly, without mess and at a high level of quality. City inspectors came by and approved the product installation without further due or even questions. Would definitely recommend Guardian Hurricane Protection Products Inc and their team!!!
