GE Installation Services

 Guillermo was recommended to us by family who raved about the tile work he did in their bathroom.  I called Guillermo to get a quote and he came to our home a day later.  His quote was more than fair, and he started the job a couple of weeks later.  I was a bit worried that the tile wouldn't adhere well because it was being installed over existing ceramic tile.  To make myself more comfortable, I purchased a thinset that is designed to go over ceramic tile.  Guillermo used that, as well as mortar mix, and then buttered each tile with the thinset I provided to assure good adhesion.  I am confident that this will work adequately.  Guillermo took time to get the floor level, in spite of having to work with tiles that simulate antique wood and are thus irregular.  He also was very patient with us as the tile comes in varying shades of color that we wanted to match in pairs.  This probably added time to the job, but he seemed to be focused on providing us with what we wanted.  He also installed a tile medallion we purchased at no extra charge.   We are extremely happy with the job Guillermo did for us.  He and his helper were clean, professional, punctual, and performed the work to our expectations.  His English is excellent, making communication easy for some of the more complex issues that involved decisions.   We are so pleased with Guillermo's work that we are thinking of asking him back for another job this winter.  We have no hesitation recommending him.

He was very good. He did close to 1000 sq ft of installation of tile. I paid around $2000 which included removing some tiles also (not all, but some of it). He did the whole house pretty much. He did a wonderful job, worked around our needs to get into certain rooms and he laid out the tiles very professionally so it wasn't just putting them down. He had to design it so that it looked good. I would recommend people to go to him because every one who's come to my mother's house (in Miami) and seen them asked who did this job and wanted his name. His work was very professional. I liked his professionalism and being able to work with problems that arose like pulling up carpet and doing it and things like that. He was very flexible as far as coming up with solutions. My mother wants another room to be done now. She said that "He's so good and I don't want to lose him". His price is very reasonable. I would use him again in the future.

They were good and quick. They did a good job. They were up front about everything that they needed to do. I would use them again. It was an all around great experience.

We live in a condo with strict construct rules. Our work included removing tile in entire apartment (less bathroom/balcony) & replacing with travertine tiles. Guillermo and his team also installed JAMO soundproofing required by the condo while making sure the floor was completely leveled. He completed job from start to finish (demo, soundproofing, install) in 8 business days. This was AMAZING & a record according to our very strict building security guard. Construction hours were limited to Mon-Fri from 8:30 - 4:00PM. We had a unique requirement: that he complete the work while we were still living in the apartment. We only had to vacate for one night. Guillermo was very accommodating, timely, professional and is serious about completing his jobs in time he promises. Most everyone we know has had some type of renovations in their homes & would not recommend who they used. We are happy to say that we can change that and highly recommend GE Installation Services for your flooring needs.

He did a fabulous job. He finishes so delicately. It actually looks great. It gave the house a fresh look and design. I just can't help not admiring the finishing he did. It is a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend and hire him anytime.

HE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND FINISHED WITH IN A DAY AND A HALF. THEY DIDN'T EVEN TAKE A LUNCH BREAK AND ENSURED THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETED ON TIME. THE TILE IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. I HAVE NOTICED THAT NOT MANY SERVICE PROVIDERS SHOW UP ON TIME OR EVEN SHOW AT ALL. THIS COMPANY SHOWED UP EARLY. EXCELLENT. REALLY GOOD WORKERS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I AM HIRING HIM TO DO MORE TILE FOR KITCHEN. SERVICE WAS FAR AND ABOVE WHAT MOST WOULD DO.
