Joe is a fifth generation clock repairman, and it shows. Joe came to my house, disassembled the main parts of my antique grandfather clock, quoted me a fair price, took the essential items with him, and spent a couple of weeks cleaning and repairing it. He came back when he said he would, with everything ready to be reassembled, which he did quickly and efficiently. Now, for the first time in many years, the clock works perfectly, and I get to hear the soft sound of the swinging pendulum and the muted musical tones of the chimes of this family heirloom. I trusted Joe with this beloved piece of my childhood, and I couldn't be happier with the care and craftsmanship that he put into his work. I had turned to Joe after being previously ripped off by someone else who took $250 from me, and an hour after he left the clock stopped working, and then he wouldn't stand by his work. My experience with Joe was the exact opposite. If there were a way to give him a higher rating than an "A", I would do that. He is absolutely the real deal.
