 + -1 moreWe had made an appointment and the man called to say he was going to be late and never showed up or called again. I would not recommend him or ever use him again in the future.

 + -1 moreI called Hector and he scheduled the appraisal within two days. He and his assistant arrived on-time and spent approximately an hour measuring the house and taking pictures. He emailed me the appraisal a few days later.
Description of Work: Hector came out and performed walk-through of home then produced an insurance appraisal.
