I called Hector and he scheduled the appraisal within two days. He and his assistant arrived on-time and spent approximately an hour measuring the house and taking pictures. He emailed me the appraisal a few days later.

I was doing a market analysis on a house where there had been no properties sold in the last 2 years. He did an analysis for me and the property sold quickly at the asking price
