He was very responsive and gave me a reasonable estimate; came to my home and requested 50% deposit in order to schedule the job. Started job on agreed date and came back to finish the inside installation on a Saturday. He encountered some problems and wasn't able to complete the job, said he would be back on Monday and didn't. Decided that he needed access to inside of home, came back a third time and this time said that video recording box was faulty; took it and came back a couple of days later for the 4th trip. Still I was having problems with cameras, only 3 worked and system wasn't recording. I texted him that I was going to put up reviews on every site that I found him on and he finally convinced me to give him another opportunity. After coming out 5 times to fix problems I decided to contact another company, the camera wires are all exposed and it's basically a very sloppy job. I paid him in full the agreed amount. and now I'm having to pay someone else to tidy up the job. In the span of about 3 weeks he came to my home 5 times. Not a bad person, did try to correct problems; I prefer to have a system that works and not have so many issues. I should have paid more attention to the reviews. Maritza
