I got stuck with bill. They charge hourly rate starting from the time they leave their lost job, regardless of how far they may be. Total ripoff! Never again.

We had just signed a contract for a 25 year old home, when the inspection report said the a/c systems were on their last legs after ten years of service. After calling around, Debonair submitted the best priced/most value proposal, The job wasn't easy, since it involved two systems in a house which was located in the historic district of Key West. Much detailed planning and engineering was required to get the approvals. The end product was superb. The workers and a/c techs were professional, courteous and friendly.
